Much of the old is disappearing as it has served its purpose and makes way for new energies that herald the beginning of a new era. You are seeing the effects all around you and it is causing upheaval, bringing about changes that will eventually lift you up as part of your introduction to the New Age. You are in the interim period when new ideas will give you a better way of life and the prospect of peace upon Earth. However, much depends upon your response as there is always a reluctance to give up a way of life that you have got used to over many, many lives.

Be assured that the plan for your future is intended to present you with opportunities to take a great leap forward, never to return to what by comparison would seem to be very primitive ways of doing things. It is time to move on as grand opportunities await you that will lift your spirits and present you with wonderful changes that will raise your quality of living. Those souls who spurn such an opportunity will continue to progress at a rate that suits their chosen preference, but all is not lost as a new cycle will guide them through more opportunities to experience in a way that enables them to continue evolving.

If you could look back you would find that over many lives you have been given many opportunities to evolve with much assistance from your Guides. You are never left without it but with your freewill you choose which path to take, and of course you receive much guidance to help you make the right choice. Every effort is made to keep you on the right path as we know of your needs far better than you do. In reality you are all very experienced souls on a path to being greater and opportunities are given you having regard to the level of your ability. We dearly want you to succeed so that you can fully move into the Light and put the negative experiences behind you.

Humans in reality are peaceful and loving and will always seek positive ways to live their lives, but on Earth there is so much negativity that at times it seems like a losing battle. However, all experience is beneficial making you much stronger in the face of the many challenges you encounter. Understand that most of these are intended to test your resolve to overcome them, as by doing so you become a much stronger soul. We know that so to say “keeping your head above water” all of the time is not easy but you should be able to cope with whatever crosses your path, it is planned that way.

In your critical moments we are fully aware of what you are going through, and we give encouragement as far as we are allowed to without infringing your freewill. When you meet us during your sleep period much good work takes place and we can fully prepare you for what is to come. Be assured that you are given much good advice that should help you through those days to come. We want you to be successful in your attempts to continue evolving, and do our best to keep you on the correct path to achieve it.

It is nice to share your knowledge with others but do not overdo it as it may have the opposite effect to what you intended. The best advancements come from a steady growth that is lasting. Too much too soon can have the opposite effect and confuse a soul that has difficulty in understanding a greater truth. It is best that they come to their understanding through their own growth. After all there are many sources of information that can help those who are awakening and they will be guided to it. They keep you safe and sound but when you are clearing your karma you may be due experiences that are necessary to help you evolve. You are never left alone to make your advancements and we are always present to be of help.

On a day to day basis you may experience instant karma just to keep you on track, but nothing serious, and naturally in the background is your life plan that determines much of what you do. We know that many of you question the reason for an early death particularly when a soul is very young. Know that sometimes the soul involved is simply helping out by undertaking a certain task for the benefit of others. When it is understand that there is no such thing as death of the soul and that it carries on with life in the higher dimensions, much sorrow and pain could be avoided. If everyone was aware that they have eternal life, they would know that there is no such thing as total death, but simply the giving up of the physical body that has served its purpose.

We tell you of the different levels of existence that you refer to as dimensions, but rarely mention the lower levels as they are unlikely to be applicable to those who seek spiritual knowledge. However, after death of the body the soul can go up or down according to their vibrations. Those who are of a very low vibration you may call “evil” have little light and upon death find themselves in regions of darkness with souls of the same type. But they are helped as every soul is and as soon as they awaken and seek answers to the truth they are helped by Guides to continue it and rise up. No souls are left to seek answers by themselves.

If by choice you are on a path to the truth be assured that you will get every help to rise up even if you are not aware of it. However, as you evolve the truth will become more apparent and you will be well on your way to Ascension. The testing times you go through are helping you to raise your vibrations and you will you become more aware of the truth of your being. With it usually comes a wish to also help others onto the Path of Light, and once again your Guides will help you fulfil that desire and achieve it.

Meantime be patient as all will work out well in the end and that is absolutely certain. After many lives and many different experiences you have reached a point where you know that you have achieved much from all of the effort you have put in to be successful. It may be slow coming but we assure you that your experiences will have a happy ending. You will find that all of the progress you have made will pay off, and you will gain the full benefit. Nothing can take it away and you have been able to get this far by hard work and are to be congratulated for your achievement.

Time marches on and matters are still causing great concern for many countries who feel threatened by the happenings upon Earth. There is no sign of any let up but rather a move to take sides for their own protection. Peace seems far away and the war in the Ukraine seems to be escalating with the Russians pushing forwards. We know that the West is reluctant to force the issue for the fear that they themselves will become more involved. It is a delicate situation calling for sensible actions that will not cause the war to spread. For our part we stand aside trying to influence the outcome so that a solution can be found that will eventually bring peace.

The effect of the world’s troubles seems to have spread far and wide causing many problems that are resulting in far more problems than first encountered, that along with the Earth changes is making survival very difficult. The Earth no longer functions as it should making life intolerable for so many people with little hope of it returning to normal. We observe all happenings and can see the most likely outcome that we try to avert, but we can only go so far so as to not to interfere with your freedom of choice. The voice of the people is muted and has little influence on those who would lead them into a world war. We mention these things not scare people who already fear that the actions of those who lead their nations into unspeakable troubles.

We remind you that you are at the end of a period that still follows the old ways, whilst the new ways of living are coming in very quickly and “fighting“ for recognition. There is a battle for control of the Earth, and we are pleased to tell you that the Light will always eventually win. Be assured that there are many forward thinking people waiting in the wings, ready to come out and lead man forwards to a far greater future of peaceful cooperation. It must come as the old ways of working are no longer adequate for the new society that is coming.

These are times when there is a lot of sorting out to be done so that the way is cleared to allow the new to arise. It is hard to see it amongst all the turmoil taking place but it is there waiting its opportunity to be introduced. So do not lose heart as the changes are coming that will see great steps forward leading to a new road to happiness. It has been planned for a very long time and nothing shall prevent it from appearing. It is your destiny and one you have fought for eons of time. Fortunately you have never given up hope for a brighter and happier future.

Your focus should be to spread harmony and send out feelings of happiness and love, as this will help lift people up when most are feeling low and worried about their future. If you get an opportunity tell them that in reality all is well and what a wonderful future beckons. If it can be achieved these positive energies will help others you may meet. Your aura will be filled with them and they attract other souls to you who will feel them.

From time to time we mention that your mere presence can help uplift souls as you are mixing with them. So keep your vibrations as high as possible as they can be healing for people as they come into contact with them. Negative energies abound at present and are sometimes used for witchcraft, but have no fear as your aura fully protects you. Some souls are so open that they have little or no protection against the negative energies, but you do by ensuring you keep your aura closed and shut at all times using your mind’s eye.

You can see aura’s by looking past the person, but it does take time and practice. Healers check your body in this way, and can see if it needs healing. You can help in this respect by mentally visualising your aura intact and nicely enclosing your body. One that is very open is prone to letting in unwelcome energies that could cause you illness. Some souls are lifting their vibrations so much they are becoming natural healers using the power of thought. You too can do it, but it will take longer depending on how much you have developed. Your aura is your protection against unwelcome energies that could cause you illness, so it is advisable to mentally see it with your mind’s eye and see it intact.

Your power of thought can enable you to become a healer but experience is necessary to reach a level where it is possible. There are of course different levels of healing but like most things practise makes perfect. If you try it realise that your “patient” can feel the energies moving into the aura so you can get confirmation of success. If you think of taking it up seriously join a healing group, so that your development can be monitored and Spiritualists are a well-established group.

Understand that what you are experiencing now is necessary to clear old karma and evidence of the ways of those who use might and power to achieve their own aims. We can oversee what is happening now and will use that knowledge to move events in such a way that ultimately they work for the Light. So in the immediate future events will result in a way that the dark Ones were not prepared for and unable to alter the outcome. Be assured that we continually assess what is happening on Earth and are ready to use our influence for your betterment.

You have been kept in the dark for so long that you have been denied advancements that would have given you a far better quality of life. However, advancements that have been held from you will greatly lift you up. Yet the challenges you have faced have made you much stronger, and able to face whatever the dark Ones have done to keep you under their control. As we have often told you of late, your future is assured but meantime you have to bear the problems that currently assail you, but the good times are coming and nothing can stop them.

It may seem incredible but every soul on Earth at this time was aware of the future that they would have to experience. Naturally they agreed to have the experience and it is partly for clearance of karmic responsibilities. Times are very testing at present but every effort you put in will be well worth it, helping to raise your vibrations, and is essential if your life plan was to prepare yourself for Ascension. Your Guides are working with you and will ensure you are successful.

Matters are progressing in a way that we expected, and you could have hardly failed to notice that the changes you are experiencing are increasingly affecting the population of Earth. The problems for Humanity are still mounting up and stretching you and your resources to a maximum. Unfortunately much is unavoidable as the old ways are no longer adequate to bring in the required changes that will take you into the New Age that has already started to show itself. Meanwhile the dark Ones see the chaos as an opportunity to establish their idea of how life should be led. They are ready to enforce them to bring about peace upon Earth, with draconian measures that rely upon their ability to control the population upon it. They will not succeed as greater forces than theirs control the outcome that will see the people of Earth lifted up and beyond their reach.

Behind the scenes greatly evolved Beings are directing events always taking into consideration your freewill. However, you are on course to see many acceptable changes that will point the way forward, and achieve the ultimate release from the negative energies and their cohorts. It may be difficult to imagine better times in the face of so much destruction and turmoil, but there is a plan not just for your survival but also your freedom and release from the control of the Illuminati. At present you may find it hard to envisage better times, but already the foundations are being built. In the not too distant future it will become apparent which way things are going.

Go about your daily tasks knowing that there is a bright future ahead and that all of the good work you put in will reap its rewards. The important thing is to keep spreading the light and not allow yourselves to become disheartened. You are on the path to victory over the dark Ones who eventually have to answer for their activities and see the result of attempts to overcome Humanity and control their future.

Do you not feel the surge of positive energy that is gradually growing that will finally sweep away all of the negativity upon Earth. You may be assured it will and nothing shall stand in its way. That same energy will carry you into the New Age with all of its beauty, peace and happiness. So do not give up now whatever your experiences as they come your way for a good reason. You never stop learning even in the higher vibrations as after all you are in a manner of saying “the new kids on the block” You are ready to move on and the opportunities to do so will come your way.

Know that there is so much more for you to learn and once you ascend the opportunities to do so are endless. Indeed, you will have much more say in your manner of progress and will have much advice from those who have gone before you. Old friends from many incarnations ago are looking forward to meeting you again and many have followed your progress with great interest. The friends you have made will always have that link with you and wait to greet you with loving thoughts. Naturally your memories of them will return and a joyful reunion take place.

So Dear Ones, the future is not as dismal as it may first seem to be but clearly some experiences may not be to your liking, but all are necessary to help you overcome the negativity that seems to be all around you. Never forget you are overcoming the challenges that confront you and should never again give you concern. You may not realise it but you are a powerful Being and not aware of your true potential whilst being on Earth. Imagine how much experience you have had through your hundreds of lives and how much you must have learned. You are to be honoured for your devotion to your tasks that have seen you climb the ladder to success. You are now ready for greater things once you ascend from the lower vibrations, never again to have to return to that level.

You have made so many friends on your travels who are only a thought away from you, and you will be able to meet again in the near future. Some have followed your progress mainly because of your lasting friendship through many lives. Many are old family members that have been with you on Earth numerous times and often in different relationships. As you must know by now the links have always existed so you will have some old friends waiting to meet you when you return to the higher vibrations. You may have met someone and felt a bonding and familiarity with them.

If you have a pet animal you almost certainly talk to it and it does understand you and your tone of voice. They can be very devoted to their human “owners” and dogs will guard them with their lives. By living with you they become individual souls and independent of the hub of animals that they would otherwise join. An animal’s devotion to their owners is remarkable and never goes away regardless of how they are treated. Animals do not become humans but can so to say, experience in what you would judge to be a greater experience. Humans can learn a lot from animals and likewise animals from Man.

Do you feel that you have learned something from being a human because over many lives it is impossible not to have done so. It is of course directed by you when you decide what path to follow to expand your experiences. It can lead to you becoming more focussed on what you want to be as a human being, and have a succession of lives that achieve your goals. Again as with all experiences you will have your Guides on hand to guide you along. Be assured that what you prove to be good at will be used to help others on a similar path.

There is of course no reason why you should not aim for a number of different goals. It obviously gives you a greater choice when you decide to follow one particular path that you can expand. Again you get the advantage of having guidance from those who have gone before you. Life is about helping each other to evolve and souls have a natural urge to do so. When families come together many times there is an ongoing development between them that hastens their success and it is not unusual for such an arrangement to take place.

Much of your life is planned in advance and necessarily so if you are to be successful. It is arranged to give you the maximum opportunity to get the experiences you need to do so and inevitably means meeting some souls who can be useful to you. The most important event is meeting up with your partner who would also have been prepared for their part in your life. It is an involved affair to get things together as planned but it usually works out unless the person goes against the plan even so that they agreed with it before incarnating.

Rather than time marching on it is giving the impression that it is flying by, and for many there does not seem to be enough time to do all that they wish. It comes about because you have entered another time zone where the vibrations are lifting up. It is gradually changing things and the lower vibrations are being weakened and will gradually disappear. We have already told you that what has been hidden from your sight will be revealed and indeed it is already happening. Matters that have been hidden away from the Light are gradually surfacing and being seen for what they really are. The negative forces are no longer able to do just as they wish without being accountable, and their activities are being brought to light.

You are in what you might call a waiting period when the activities around you seem never ending as the cleansing continues. Many deaths are taking place but as unlikely as it would seem, everything has been planned in advance. After all each soul has taken a life upon Earth knowing what to expect, having already had a review of their likely experiences and accepted them. They have found their right place where the opportunities exist to play out their life plan.

Karma can be cleared at any time and opportunities often crop up in people’s lives. Some can be hard lessons to be learned, but once cleared need never come back again. The answer to most of them is to be positive knowing that if you fail it does not go against you. Human Beings are prone to make mistakes but minor errors can often be immediately cleared. We have often made great efforts to help you get through such times but in the end it really is up to you.

The Human Race is made up of so many different ones each offering you unique experiences. So as you reincarnate you are certain to choose the one that best meets your needs. It is often why you feel a strong attraction to another Race apart from the one you are with, telling you that old experiences still hold a strong attraction for you even if you cannot recall why. They affect you in one way or another in each lifetime and it could even be as simple as your food preferences.

The more you learn about life and life after death, the more your eyes are opened and your Guides are sure to help you find the correct path for your development. It is of little value to “run before you can walk” and you should find a suitable path that meets your needs. The beauty of religion is that it all contains some element of the truth, and you will recognise it for what it is. You could say “Love one and another and treat all as your brothers and sisters” as you are all on the same journey and will eventually arrive at the same point of understanding.

Some souls are not even ready to seek the truth and most have no expectations of life after death, but the truth will touch them and give a little hint that there is more to life than they believe. Clearly a change of thinking will start them wondering about life after death, and that could be the spur that they need to commence their journey home. How often do you hear someone say that there must be more to life than simply one experience and nothing afterwards.

There are many theories about the purpose of life, as it does seem to be pointless if you only live once as you would gain nothing from it, whereas life after life clearly means experience gained that would help you evolve. Think what you like but the fact remains that as a soul you have eternal life. That idea frightens some people because they do not know what to expect after death of the body, but as we recently explained the first step is to rise up into the higher levels exactly as you looked upon Earth. However, as the vibrations are higher and you in an etheric body, you will quickly realise that you are “young” again. You will be what you think you are as far as your appearance and if you desire to look as you were on Earth “so be it” but you would still be free of all ailments. It is the power of thought that reigns supreme meaning that you could think anything into being.

Life after death of the body is another story completely, but bear in mind that those souls of a very low vibration do not have sufficiently high vibrations to be able to change them through the power of thought. Many are only able to exist in the darker regions but be assured that they still get Guides who help them come to terms with their level of existence. They will have opportunities to incarnate again and gain experience that may eventually see them rise up once more. You always have help on hand when you need it,

Dear Ones, there is so much help and guidance available to you at all times so never feel as though you have none, it is always there and much of the time you probably do not realise it. It is often those unexpected situations that are proving difficult that suddenly clear themselves from help being given that you are unaware of. Events that you talk of as “miracles” are the work of your Guides who know what you need. Life is a lot more complex than you probably realise yet it often passes you by without being noticed.

For each incarnation you only carry forward the skills you need to meet your life plan. You are in fact a very experienced individual and can take on any task we set you still and deal with it quite easily. Of course there are the rare occasions when matters do not work out as planned, but the problems can usually be sorted out with the least damage. When you consider the amount of people involved in ensuring that the Human Race progresses, it is some surprise that having to continually fight against the negative activities of the Dark Ones progress is made. The answer is that the strength of the Light to overcome their attempts to delay matters ensures that they can only cause a minimal delay.

In real terms you are well on track to move beyond the attempts to delay your progress, and the time will soon pass and you will know for certain that your goal will be achieved. There is such a short period to go through before you can claim victory over the negative forces who will be called to answer for their previous activities. Like any other souls they will have to make good the damage they have caused before they can progress further.

Be assured that we know the plans of the Illuminati, and we use that knowledge to ensure it leads to their failure to achieve control of the world. The trap has been laid and by the time they realise their failure it will be too late to reverse the situation. Ahead lays an absolute reversal of your experiences to ones of happiness and joy. In the not too distant future you will meet your extra-terrestrial friends who will help you prepare for the ultimate experience of Ascension. The dark Ones will have relinquished their power and no longer able to interfere with your progress. You will not have too long to wait to realise that events have advanced so much, that your progress is assured and you will be ready for the final event that will see you ascend.

Many will experience hard times but bear in mind that you knew your life plan before you incarnated. We know some will find it hard to believe but whatever your experiences, they are intended to give you those that you need to continue evolving. In a freewill Universe you make your own pathway and it can be as hard or as easy as you wish it to be. You who have clearly made the choice to follow the Light have placed protection around you, and it will remain as long as you intend it to.

Your presence on Earth at this time is an encouragement to others who look for guidance and see how you handle the negative energies. To stay calm and peaceful when others around you are confused and lack understanding, means you are a living example of how to conduct yourself and remain unaffected by the negativity. It does not come easy but clearly you have to be able to live amongst those who cannot control their feelings or actions. We know that holding a peaceful place wherever you are requires patience and understanding but it can be achieved.

You are one who can keep the peace and are contributing to the Light that permeates everything around you. As you would no doubt be aware, the higher vibrations that you carry can help relax those around you and keep the peace. For you it also means that you are healthier and less likely to experience any form of negativity. You can send your light wherever it is needed and help others. You may well find that your presence brings calmness around you and those who are receptive will be aware of it. Your energies are healing but would be even more affective if the “patient” was present and received the energies direct.

All through your life you are subjected to the effects of energies that are swirling around you. Some are beneficial whilst others are not but normally you can handle them depending on your own level of vibration. Additionally you have the safeguard of the energies within your aura that encase your physical body, and it is simple to keep it intact through your power of thought by avoiding any negative feelings. You will certainly feel better and brighter as a result.

As your aura extends outside of your physical body up to possibly 2 metres or more, it is felt by any person that is near enough to it, and is why they feel good where positive energies are concerned. However, contact with someone carrying negative energies can be a very unpleasant experience. For those people able to see auric colours as you might expect positive energies are bright, strong and clear, whilst negative ones can be dull and extremely dark. You could walk past a very negative person and feel a shudder run through your body.

Colours play an important part in your lives and those that are strong and clear make you feel good, and naturally the negative ones can be exactly the opposite. Your lives are affected all of the time and in nature and they are normally of such a great variety and beautiful designs. Perhaps that is why you get so much enjoyment walking through some of the great gardens throughout the world.

The negative forces seem to be intent on starting a world war that would not benefit any country taking part in it. Death and destruction is not the basis for lasting peace and surely a sensible way would be to discuss the differences that exist. We realise that politics are at the root of the principle differences between you, but regardless of them you all have to live together and understand that you must find a remedy for them peacefully. Otherwise without being an alarmist the end of the world as you know it may come about.

We would rather talk about joyful and happy events, but the sad fact remains that you are dangerously close to extending the clashes that are taking place into a more serious situation. However, project thoughts of peace as much as possible so that the calming energies keep a greater conflict at bay. Prayer and positive thoughts will help hold back an escalation of the war that is taking place but a wrong decision could change all of it for the worse. Whatever the outcome be assured that greater forces than those on Earth are ready to intervene if matters get out of hand, and continue to keep a watchful eye on what is happening.

We understand the frustration you feel at so many problems that have arisen in such a short time, but it has been inevitable given that your old ways of living have not proved to be adequate for meet the needs of the millions of people living on the Earth. Clearly a lot has to change and already ideas are being given as to how the problems can be overcome, but it is proving difficult in the present climate. Nevertheless, changes for the better are beginning to surface so that given the opportunity they can be put into practise. Certainly many of the old ways of living are no longer adequate for the needs of the people.

This period of time and change has been foreseen for a very long time and is not unexpected given that your last cycle has long finished. It is why the emphasis is on change as the time has long arrived when you must prepare for dramatic ones that are imminent. Prepare for the future as far as possible and let go of that which no longer serves your purpose, as new ways of living are already being discussed. They will be an advancement on the old ones and much is already waiting to be introduced. You have been deliberately held back in the past and now is the time to move on and introduce innovations that will make life easier and more enjoyable.

We have much to offer you that will make your advancement into the New Age happen very quickly and we shall do so when the time is right. You must realise that we cannot openly contact you when the world is in turmoil and it must be at peace. It will come sooner than you possibly expect as coming events will quickly change the situation on Earth.
