The other day I was in the car with my buddy and he coasted through a stop sign and got pulled over by a local policeman not far from where we both live. He handed the cop his driver’s license and insurance verification, plus his concealed carry permit as required by state law.[float=right](http://littered.co.nz/pix/image.php?di=GLBP)[/float]
“I see you have a CCW permit.†the officer observed. “Are you carrying today?â€
“Yes, I am.†said my friend.
“You had better tell me what you got, then,†he replied.
“I have a .357 revolver in inside my coat pocket. There’s a Glock 9mm in the glove box and, I’ve got a .22 derringer in my right boot.â€
“Okay,†the cop said, his feelers most definitely on high alert. “Anything else in the car?â€
“Yeah, back in the trunk, there’s an AR15 and a shotgun. That’s it.â€
Looking anxiously into the back seat, the policeman asked, “Are you on your way to or from a gun range…?â€
“Nope.â€
“Well then, what are you afraid of…?â€
My buddy smiled and said as politely as possible, “Not a thing.†[/font]
